Benalla Art Gallery Events - Workshops
Drawing inspiration from the tranquility of Brett Whiteley’s expressive depictions of willows and river scenes, Benalla Art Gallery is offering a series of guided mindfulness meditation classes within the gallery space, directed by Dr Lisa Shortridge from Things of Spirit in Shepparton. Classes will begin with a short introduction to the theory of mindfulness meditation and are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike.

Single session: $12 members, $15 non-members.

Join us for some creative school holiday fun. We are offering a variety of workshops to suit children between the ages of 5 and 12 years. Each workshop is run by a professional practitioner and involves hands on creating and making that will have children learning, laughing and producing beautiful artworks.
