How to Make Australian Native Paper Flowers

Using a variety of coloured paper, Louise Seymour of the Paperlab will guide participants through a step-by-step guide to making Australian native paper flowers, including King Proteas, Bottlebrush, Gum Blossoms and other popular Australian flora and fauna.

The class will involve experimenting with paper sculpture methods including origami and kirigami techniques to create Paperlab’s Australian Natives in full colour. Louise will demonstrate how to shape cardstock, use dowel rods and floral wire and explore the wonderful world of Eucalyptus foliage to create unique and different flowers forms.
